NEW Wednesday Evening Classes

Are you living with restricted mobility, or stress? Are you recovering from surgery?

If you can walk, with or without mobility aids, this new class is for you.

Our experienced tutors will give you individual attention, to help you relax, regain mobility and grow in confidence.

Classes are being held in a new location that is sadly not wheelchair accessible but is fine for those able to walk with mobility aids, such as a walking stick.

Location: Woodland Retreat Yoga Centre, Fidlas Road, Cardiff CF14 0NE (Next door to Yapps Garage before the bridge)
