Do you have a disability or know someone who does?

Still want to stay active but think you’re too disabled, too inflexible or too old?   YogaMobility classes suit anyone at any ability with more help for those that may need it.  Specialised equipment is provided at all classes.

Sessions cater for people with a range of disabilities and illnesses including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Arthritis, Heart Conditions, Stroke, Diabetes, and people with wide range of mobility problems.

Classes are open to any adult who feels they can benefit from yoga, but feels unable to participate in a mainstream yoga class and need a gentler personalised approach.

Classes are held on Monday and Thursday mornings 10.30 to 12.00 plus a NEW class every Monday afternoon from 1.30pm-3.00pm at Sbectrwm Centre, Bwlch Road, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3EF.  These classes must be booked in advance, as number are still restricted.

The classes are also streamed via Zoom for those who would work in a chair and those that can go to the floor unaided:

All YogaMobility class venues are fully accessible for disabled people.

Transport can be arranged through VEST or through the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
